Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what data PolyPress collects, why, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, organization, and a securely hashed password.

Workspace content: the sources, articles and documents you create and process.

Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service — crawling, drafting, translating, generating images and audio, and publishing on your behalf.

To verify your email at signup and to keep your account secure.

3. AI processing

Article text may be sent to AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) to generate drafts, translations, images and audio. You may supply your own API key to control this directly.

4. How we protect it

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sensitive credentials (API keys, publishing tokens) are encrypted at rest. Each customer workspace is isolated from others.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (such as AI and email providers) and only to the extent required.

6. Your choices

You can edit or delete your workspace content, and request deletion of your account, at any time.
